    • ·  Decoiling & Dual-Strip Forming: Raw metal coil is uncoiled and simultaneously formed into two identical pre-profiles
      ·  Edge Hemming & Sealing: The two pre-profiles are fed into the hemming machine, where edges are folded and precision-sealed together to form a single robust hollow blade
      ·  Hydraulic Cutting: The continuous sealed profile is cut to exact specified lengths
      ·  Hydraulic Punching: All pivot holes and mounting holes are automatically punched with high accuracy, preparing blades for final assembly
