lidingWhy choose this machine?
Fully automated five-step process, from coil stock to finished product in a single continuous operation
-
Traditional furniture shelf production requires multiple pieces of equipment operating in isolation for tasks such as uncoiling, levelling, punching, forming, cutting and bending, with manual handling required between each process. This production line integrates five key stations—loading, levelling and feeding, punching, roll forming, and cutting and flanging—into a single continuous automated line. Coil stock enters at one end and finished products are discharged at the other, with no manual intervention required. In automatic mode, the cycle time is ≤6 pieces per minute; a single machine replaces multiple stand-alone units, saving on investment and workshop space.
-
One-button changeover for rapid switching between different specifications
-
Controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen, different product specifications are stored in the system as presets. When producing shelves of varying widths (300–500 mm), the operator simply selects the corresponding preset on the touchscreen, and the equipment automatically adjusts the width positioning, punching locations and bending dimensions. The entire changeover process requires no manual adjustment of mechanical components or intervention by specialist personnel, and can be completed in a matter of minutes—a task that would take 1–2 hours using traditional methods.
-
18-ton heavy-duty machine, built for 10+ years of nonstop use
-
Tailored to the characteristics of thin 0.4–0.5 mm furniture shelf sheets, this production line employs a double-sided cantilever structure with 16 pairs of GCr15 rollers. The rollers are quenched to a hardness of HRC 58–60, ensuring that the roller gap remains constant for 300,000 shelves. Width adjustment utilises linear guides combined with servo-driven automatic adjustment; the reference edge is fixed, whilst the movable edge is precisely positioned by the servo system. The gearbox employs a set of 40Cr high-frequency quenched gears, ensuring smooth transmission and low noise levels.
-
Dead simple to operate, no expert skills required
-
The intuitive touch screen interface makes this machine a breeze to run. Any regular worker can master it in 30 minutes of training. You can save all common panel sizes as presets for one-click production. No need to hire expensive senior technicians just to run the machine.
