Sixteen forming rollers perform sequential roll-forming, ensuring precise cross-sectional dimensions and consistent contours of the profiles. Diagonal deviations are controlled within ±0.5 mm, with the four sides of the frame aligned without skew or asymmetrical gaps. During snap-fit assembly, the four corners of the formed outer frame profiles fit tightly together, ensuring the valve body interlocks securely and delivering excellent sealing performance when the air valve is closed.
