    • The 22 sets of rollers (16 front sets for forming + 6 rear sets for interlocking) are made of Cr12MOV steel with a hardness of HRC 57°–59°, whilst the cutting dies have a hardness of HRC 60°–62°. The upper and lower profiles interlock precisely, resulting in a hollow structure with high rigidity and excellent torsional resistance. The finished blades fit tightly onto a 12×12 mm square shaft, ensuring precise, wobble-free transmission.
