2-in-1 TDC Flange Forming Machine – Two Independent Specs, One Frame, Hydraulic Die Cutting

A single frame integrates two independent production lines, each equipped with 20 sets of rollers, independent drives and hydraulic die-cutting systems. The two specifications operate without interfering with one another; they can run simultaneously or be used independently. The machine occupies a footprint comparable to that of a single unit, whilst doubling production capacity. Hydraulic die cutting is employed in place of mechanical sawing. The dies are precision-machined, ensuring each cutting action is crisp and clean, with smooth, burr-free cuts that require no secondary finishing. Compared to sawing, hydraulic die cutting operates with extremely low noise levels, creating a quieter workshop environment and significantly enhancing operator comfort. Each specification is equipped with 20 sets of precision rollers, arranged according to the proven TDC profile geometry. Roller materials can be selected from GCr15 or Cr12MOV; these are precision-machined and heat-treated to ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy in profile forming. The number of roller sets is optimally designed to distribute forming force evenly, ensuring smooth equipment operation and excellent product consistency.

Prior to dispatch, each machine undergoes full-load operational testing, profile inspection and cutting accuracy verification. Comprehensive technical documentation (installation drawings, circuit diagrams, operating manuals and video tutorials) is provided, enabling customers to install the equipment themselves. Should on-site support be required, engineer services can be arranged for a fee.
