    • Each specification is equipped with 20 sets of precision rollers, arranged according to the proven TDC profile geometry. Roller materials can be selected from GCr15 or Cr12MOV; these are precision-machined and heat-treated to ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy in profile forming. The number of roller sets is optimally designed to distribute forming force evenly, ensuring smooth equipment operation and excellent product consistency.

    • Prior to dispatch, each machine undergoes full-load operational testing, profile inspection and cutting accuracy verification.
