PDF3 Duplex Duct Flange Forming Machine

This production line adopts an imported PLC control system with an industrial touch screen operation interface, all parameters are visualized and adjustable, and common duct specifications can be saved as one-click presets. No need for professional senior technicians, ordinary workers can fully master the equipment operation after a short period of training, and one worker can manage the whole production line, which cuts labor costs by more than 80%. The whole process is fully automatic, supporting forward, reverse, emergency stop, and stepless speed regulation, easily adapting to large-batch and small-batch customized production.

The machine features a heavy-duty, fully welded frame measuring 6000 × 2320 × 1600 mm, with a net weight of 7500 kg. It is constructed from thick steel plates welded as a single unit and has undergone rigorous stress-relief treatment to ensure it remains free from deformation or vibration during prolonged, high-load continuous operation. The 11 kW high-power drive system ensures stable power output during continuous production. Four servo motors, totalling 6 kW, provide automatic width adjustment, with a feed width range of 1200–1500 mm. The core forming rollers are made from high-quality GCr15 steel and can be upgraded to Cr12MoV alloy steel heat-treated to HRC 62–64°, offering exceptional wear resistance. Their service life is three times that of ordinary steel, resulting in a low failure rate and minimal maintenance requirements throughout their entire lifecycle.

Multi-station continuous roll forming structure and imported high-precision control system ensure stable dimensional tolerance and high straightness of the finished ducts. The formed flange joints are tightly fitted with zero air leakage, no on-site modification, no material waste, greatly reducing installation cost and improving project quality. The whole machine complies with CE and ISO international standards, and the finished products fully meet the strict requirements of commercial HVAC engineering, fire protection engineering and industrial ventilation projects.

We provide full-process quality assurance for each equipment: raw material incoming inspection, production process full inspection, pre-delivery full-load test run, and we provide video outgoing-inspection and complete machinery test report for each machine before delivery.
