GDF-Specific 24-Station Forming System – Flange Formed Directly on Duct Panel

1. The machine is equipped with 24 precision roller stations specifically engineered for GDF profile geometry. Unlike conventional TDC flange machines that produce separate flange strips requiring manual riveting to duct panels, this machine forms the GDF flange interface directly on the duct panel edge in one continuous process.
2. Panel enters the machine. After passing through 24 stations, both sides of the panel emerge with fully formed GDF flange interfaces. The flange is integrated with the panel — no secondary assembly required. Dimensional accuracy, angle precision, and interface flatness are guaranteed by the machine, not dependent on operator skill.
3. The panel feed width is automatically adjusted by four 1.5 kW servo motors, within a range of 1,200–1,500 mm. Switching between different specifications requires no manual intervention; width settings can be completed at the touch of a button, with the servo system automatically driving the lead screw to the target position. -

2. The GDF Duplex process: panel enters(Has undergone processes such as notching ,beading, cutting,and lock forming) → 24-station forming → panel exits with integrated flanges→ bending to be air duct. No manual intervention in between. No separate flange strips. No riveting.
