The roller shaft is made of 45# high-quality carbon structural steel with a standard diameter of Ø45mm, which is processed by high-precision CNC grinding and overall quenching treatment, ensuring sufficient rigidity and stability under long-term high-load continuous operation. The cutting blade is made of high-hardness alloy steel with precision machining, which can realize clean and burr-free cutting of the duct, no frequent grinding and replacement, and greatly reduces the daily maintenance cost of the equipment.

The equipment adopts a 22-station progressive continuous roll forming structure, and can be upgraded to a 26-station forming system according to the process requirements. It is matched with a high-precision pneumatic circular saw cutting system, and the optional servo motor flying cut system can realize non-stop fixed-length cutting, which ensures the accurate size and stable structural strength of the formed flange duct. The high-precision forming process ensures that the finished duct has excellent air tightness and flange fitting performance, which strictly complies with the international HVAC ventilation duct production and installation standards. It eliminates the need for secondary grinding, correction and rework on the construction site.
