Compared with ordinary carbon steel rollers, it has super wear resistance and impact resistance, and the service life is more than 3 times longer. The roller shaft is made of 45# high-quality carbon structural steel with a standard diameter of Ø45mm, which is processed by high-precision CNC grinding and overall quenching treatment, ensuring sufficient rigidity and stability under long-term high-load continuous operation. The cutting blade is made of high-hardness alloy steel with precision machining, which can realize clean and burr-free cutting of the duct, no frequent grinding and replacement, and greatly reduces the daily maintenance cost of the equipment.
