The finished product features built-in corner brackets, eliminating the need for additional installation

The flange strips produced by this equipment are formed with integrated corner brackets during the manufacturing process. The four corners of the finished flange strips already feature complete corner bracket shapes, allowing them to be used directly for duct connections without the need to purchase and install additional corner brackets, as is the case with standard TDC flanges. This design significantly reduces on-site assembly procedures and the cost of purchasing fittings. Customer benefits: Eliminates the cost of purchasing corner brackets, saves on labour costs for fitting them, and enables flange connections to be completed in a single step.

Each unit undergoes comprehensive integrated testing prior to dispatch—including verification of feed accuracy, punch position calibration, forming dimension inspection, and confirmation of punching and cutting precision. Complete technical documentation (installation drawings, circuit diagrams, operating manuals and video tutorials) is provided, enabling customers to install the equipment themselves. On-site support can be arranged via our engineering services (subject to a fee). A 12-month warranty is provided, with spare parts dispatched free of charge via express delivery during the warranty period, alongside lifetime online technical support.
